It is one of the companies that makes up International Companies. Its sister company, International Precast, specializes in the creation of custom precast concrete structures for building, housing, landscaping and specialty products.

International Vault and International Precast are located in Siler City, North Carolina. Founded in 1982, International Vault manufactures and installs U.L. Modular Vault Systems throughout the world and has provided more than 6,000 vaults to the financial, commercial and government markets.
